I Learned to Listen

Image
I Learned to Listen I learned patience the hard way, Through silent nights and unanswered prayers. I learned gratitude slowly, By losing things I once held close. Life didn’t speak loudly, It whispered— In pauses, in pain, In moments when I felt completely alone. And one day, I stopped running from the noise outside And finally heard the voice within. Now I don’t rush. I don’t beg the universe to hurry. I trust the timing, I respect my journey. Because the greatest lesson life taught me Was not how to survive the world— But how to listen to myself And stay.

Her Journey, Her Map: Cities I Desire

Image
Dreaming of Places Far Away Sometimes I sit quietly and imagine the streets of cities I have never visited. I dream of Paris, walking along the Seine, sipping coffee in a small café, and seeing the city of lights come alive. I think of Tokyo, with its bright neon lights, quiet temples, and the blend of tradition and modern life. Vienna calls to me too, with its classical music, old streets, and cozy cafés. I haven’t left India yet, but my heart travels every day. I explore these cities through books, blogs, videos, and photos. I imagine the smells, sounds, and feelings of each place. Even small streets, local markets, and hidden corners feel exciting in my mind. For me, traveling is not just about visiting landmarks. It’s about discovering the soul of a city and learning something new about life and myself, even from afar. Every city I dream of adds a spark of joy and curiosity to my everyday life. From Dreams to My Personal Journey My journey is not only about ...

My Karma, My Power

Image
I grew up hearing one simple line again and again: “Karma kabhi jhooth nahi bolta.” At that time, I did not fully understand its meaning. Life was busy, emotions were heavy, and expectations came from every direction. But as I grew older, that line slowly became my strength. Today, I truly believe that my karma is my power. As a woman, life teaches you many lessons early. You are expected to adjust, to stay quiet at times, and to keep moving even when your heart feels tired. People talk, judge, and form opinions without knowing your full story. In such moments, I remind myself of one thing— log kya kahenge is temporary, but my actions will stay with me forever. I may not control what others say, but I can always control what I do. I do not believe in hurting back when I am hurt. It is not because I am weak, but because I choose peace over chaos. When someone misunderstands me or speaks behind my back, I stay silent and let my work speak. Silence, when filled with honesty,...

🌙 Wishes Made of Tears and LightWhen the heart learns to dream even after it breaks.

Image
The Quiet Birth of a Wish Not all wishes are spoken aloud. Some are born quietly — in the stillness between heartbreaks, in the echo of things we never said. They rise like fragile lanterns from the ashes of our pain, glowing faintly, carried by nothing but hope. We often think wishing is an act of wanting. But true wishes — the ones that come from our depths — are acts of remembering. Remembering that even when life takes away everything we thought we needed, something inside us still reaches for light.  “Even when the sky forgets to shine, the soul still knows how to whisper its prayers.” These are the wishes that don’t demand. They don’t plead. They become. They take shape in the tears we shed silently, in the resilience that rises from every fall, in the quiet courage of trying again. And somehow, in that surrender, the universe listens — not to our words, but to the truth behind them. When Life Teaches You to Kneel Before the Sky There comes a time when life humble...

Image

A Heart Without Anger

Image
In a small town, there lived a girl named Anaya. People often said she was different, not because of how she looked, but because of how she carried herself. While most people lost their temper quickly, Anaya never raised her voice. She had a habit of smiling even when someone tried to hurt her with words. One day, her friend Meera asked her, “Don’t you ever get angry? Don’t you ever feel like answering back?” Anaya thought for a moment and replied gently, “Why should I? If someone throws fire at me, and I throw fire back, then the fire only grows bigger. But if I throw water, the fire ends. I would rather end the fire than burn with it.” Meera was surprised, because she herself often held grudges for days. She wondered how Anaya could stay so calm. Life tested Anaya many times. Once, a neighbor spread false rumors about her. People whispered behind her back. Anyone else would have confronted the neighbor with harsh words, but Anaya only said, “I hope she finds peace in her ...

The Furthest I Have Ever Traveled

Image
The Furthest I Have Ever Traveled I have not yet traveled very far from home in my life, but even a small journey can feel like a big adventure when you are young. The furthest I have ever gone was a trip to visit my relatives in another city. Though it was not across countries or oceans, for me it felt exciting, new, and memorable, because it was the first time I left the comfort of my familiar surroundings for a few days. The journey began early in the morning when my family and I boarded the bus. I still remember the thrill of sitting by the window, watching trees, fields, and villages pass by. Each stop felt like a glimpse into another world, with new faces, small shops, and different foods being sold on the roadside. The ride was long, and though I grew tired at times, I was also full of curiosity, waiting to see what lay ahead. When we finally reached the city, I was amazed. The streets were busier than the ones in my hometown, the buildings stood taller, and there was a rush of ...
